- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New Customers get 10% off. Estimates are waived if I get the job. Its that simple. This eliminates the tire kickers. My prices are all Flat Rate. Once a diagnosis is achieved, I tell you the price up front. I use a price book that checks the daily price swings of supplies and labor based on the local area. All new installs supplied by me are warrantied for 1yr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its my goal to respond to your inquiry ASAP, although work can be busy sometimes. Once I reach out we can schedule a time to have a look at the project or issue and perform a diagnosis and initial estimate. There, I will inspect the issue or project, inspect the system and perform an evaluation on what actions I would recommend. Once agreed upon, you can authorize me to complete the work. Once the work is complete, I will walk you through the repair/work completed, take pictures, ect. We will sign off and complete the transaction for work completed. I try to make business as easy as possible for both worker and customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My dad was a tradesman. I went to Plumbing school and then went through my apprenticeship. I became a licensed Journeyman Plumber and continue my education even today. It never ends.
