- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Remote support is done at a rate of $1.375/minute, which comes out to $82.50/hr. I charge a minimum of 30 minutes, so $41.25. I won't rake you over the coals on time/price, I'll always be fair, and I'll always do my very best to help resolve your problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go back & forth on Thumbtack, then via email, text, phone/videocall.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have various business customers throughout North-Central WV: car dealerships, medical offices, landlords, day traders, architects, law offices, churches, and even a few non-profits. I have also worked with 'home users' from all walks of life from age 5-6 to a lady who was 101 and needed help with a wireless printer.
