Affordable Quality Cleaning

We are having a cleaning special, offering a $60 flat rate for townhomes or apartments and houses for a limited time only. This price is good as long as you are a client of ours. So call today and lock in your rate.

We use our own supplies, unless you tell us to use yours. We are licensed and insured. Our normal rates start at $50 and don't exceed $120.

Kitchen:

* sinks are scrubbed and sanitized
* counter-tops, range tops, and back walls cleaned
* exteriors of appliances cleaned, including ovens, refrigerators and dishwashers
* fingerprints removed from door frames and electrical switch plates
* window sills, tables, and chairs cleaned
* trash emptied
* baseboards dusted
* floor vacuumed or swept, and mopped

Bathrooms:

* vanities, sinks, showers, bath tubs, chrome fixtures and back wall cleaned, scrubbed, and sanitized
* toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
* mirrors cleaned
* window sills cleaned
* towels changed, if left out
* baseboards dusted
* trash emptied
* floor vacuumed or swept, and mopped

Bedrooms:

* beds made properly, linens changed, if left out
* all areas dusted, cobwebs removed
* mirrors cleaned
* trash emptied
* window sills cleaned
* baseboards dusted
* floor vacuumed or swept, and mopped, including under the bed, if reachable

Living rooms, hallways and stairs:

* all areas dusted
* glass tables cleaned
* sofa,chairs, vacuumed and dusted
* light general straightening completed
* window sills cleaned
* cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
* baseboards dusted
* floor vacuumed or swept, and mopped
* dust wood furniture, shelves, electronics

Other services:

* wash the windows from in and outside
* microwave cleaned inside and out
* clean inside the refrigerator and oven, with extra cost
* clean out the fire place
* dust, wipe mini blinds
* wash walls (latex paint only)
* laundry service wash, dry, fold, while cleaning
* carpet cleaning
* personal assistant service
* run errands
* grocery shop
* personal shopping
* courier
* organize, and even cook
* pet sitting, bathing, walking
* security checks, while not home
* hauling, lawncare
* car detailing
* handyman services, e.g. drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.

  I've had dozens of people clean house for me and Michelle is the absolute best. She's thorough and does a first class job. And you should see how cute she arranged the stuffed animals in the children's room. She knows how to get stuff cleaned that has never looked that good before. And she's open to doing special things I've been meaning to get to. On top of that, she's extremely affordable and even more so when I've used a "professional" service.
