Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Weddings & everything that comes with them - rehearsal dinners & brunches; guest lodging & activity planning; matching couples with vendors & managing the vendor relationship.
Elopements & honeymoons! These are some of my favories - I am an ordained minister, & love to create packages that include intimate wedding ceremonies & the honeymoon all as one.
Anniversary & birthday parties, family renunions.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When hiring an event planner in Jackson Hole, make sure that they have the local knowledge that you'll need to help guide you through the planning process, & that you have a connection. Making sure that your planner understands & is committed to your vision is absolutely the most important thing.

A. We are committed to creating truly unique events that fit the personality and budget of our clients. Jackson Hole is a high-end destination with multiple event planning companies, but Vibrant Events stands out as the boutique, hands-on, truly LOCAL contact that can provide insight and creative ideas without breaking the bank. Everyone deserves to be able to have the Jackson Hole experience of a lifetime.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I get to make memories - the kind of memories that stand out as beautiful, defining moments in people's lives. Creating unique events is a creative process that is different every time, so I never do the same thing twice. I love nothing more than getting to know a couple, helping them design the wedding of their dreams, and then watching the event play out more perfectly than they ever could have imagined. It gives me goosebumps every time.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can I really make this happen in Jackson Hole? Yes! Of course you can - we just need to think outside the box a little.
Can I make this fit into my budget? Yes! You will need to be flexible, but we will make it happen. Period.
Why are you less expensive than other planners? Because I know that Jackson Holes is an expensive place to do ANYTHING, but I made it work here, & I'm committed to making it work for you, too.
