STANDARD CLEANING:
Bedrooms, kitchen and common areas: light Sweeping, light vacuuming, light mopping, light dusting off, light wiping down. Items: floors, stove, appliances outside, ceiling fans, counters. We don’t move furniture.
Bathrooms: disinfecting the toilet and wiping down all the others parts (tub, sink, shower, toilet outside, floors, etc.)
This service is faster and cheaper than a deep cleaning service. It’s finally a BASIC and QUICK cleaning.
DEEP CLEANING:
Bedrooms, kitchen and common areas: Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down, dusting off. Ítems: floors, cabinets outside, stove, appliances outside, ceiling fans, counters, light fixtures, chandeliers, etc.
Bathrooms: disinfecting and scrubbing tub, sink, shower, toilet, etc.
It is deeper than standard. It’s noticeable immediately after it’s done.
It takes longer time and it’s more expensive than a standard. It applies for MOVE OUT cleaning too with a few more things.

Fantastic Service! Ana and Yani were so sweet and understanding. My house was very dirty but they were very efficient and detail oriented. They cleaned all of the messes, no matter how bad and gave our home the deep clean it so desperately needed. It smells and looks fresh and I'm not embarrassed to have people stop over anymore. They came out the day I requested the service, showed up on time and were very trustworthy. They left every penny they found in couches or in corners on the counter. When I left for awhile, I wasn't nervous at all. There is a language barrier, as I don't speak a lot of Spanish, but they used Google translate to help us communicate and even taught us a little Spanish. I'm so excited to have found these cleaners, I feel like my life will improve so much!

Ana is a total professional! She did a deep clean on my daughter's house and it hasn't looked better. She was in constant contact with me, sending photos and videos of her work and it was obvious to me that she spent the time doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Yoa Delis Cleaning.

I cannot write enough about Anna and her team. She is such a hard worker… this house I had to clean for my parents has not been cleaned properly for over 15 years. You can only imagine how dusty, sticky, and nasty the rooms were. Anna had no fear, went in with her team, and deep cleaned the rooms we requested. She took longer than expected but that’s because she went above and beyond with the state of the rooms. While she speaks very limited English, we had no problem using Google translate live to communicate. She works so damn hard and we made sure we tipped her. Thank you Anna and your team for your hard work!!

We just finished up an unplanned construction/repair project in our older Victorian home. I needed help to get out from under all of the plaster dust throughout our home. My experience with Yoa Delis cleaning LLC was so good that I have decided to hire them on a regular basis. All our plantation blinds are dust free, the table legs were clearly wood polished, the glass shower looks like the day it was installed. (Better actually). They cleaned my home better than I do…and I have an annoying capacity to see all the dirt, grit and grease:)

Ana and Yoanci are two wonderful people who did an incredible cleaning in my house which I thought they couldn't do. I am impressed. We communicated through a translator. I was fascinated with the cleaning. My house is fresh and smelly thanks to them.
