It's hard to summarize how awesome Allen was. We had a small toilet leak as well as a few other things that have been hanging out on our todo list for months that other handymen were not able to fix. Allen showed up the day after I reached out and fixed the leak and other items in a couple of hours. In most cases it was simply that the original installer did not tighten things! Allen is worth way more than he tried to charge (I ended up paying him 50% more than he asked for). He's by far the most competent handyman I've had here in a long while. I'm hoping he makes it back to tackle some half finished deck steps. I almost hate leaving this glowing review as I fear he'll be too busy for us the next time something comes up ;p
