FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are affordable because not everyone has insurance. So, I want to be accessible to my clients, so they can resolve issues and be supported and helped just like everyone else. (I discount if a new customer purchases 5 or more sessions)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer in marriage and relationship, for instance, depends on the problem. But foremost, I will give a "free consultation" in our first meeting to get an overview of the main issues to be addressed. I will then have each partner express what they feel and want from each other and their goals for the outcome process. And I may even provide a questionnaire to become more familiar with the personalities and the depth of the issues they may have. The more information I have initially, the more time we save and it enables me to accurately assess the source of the problem, and begin helping them to repair. In terms of spiritual growth, that's a different method. We would explore the clients belief system and their desire of what they would like to achieve through growth. There are so many facets to spiritual growth. It is not one size fits all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a coach for more than 7 years. I have taken many courses along the way and also have coached hundreds of clients in the area of Marriage/Relationships (married, unmarried, & engaged), Spiritual Growth, Bereavement, Depression and Career development. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology with a 3.99 GPA & Magna Cum Laude. I have been online with my services in these coaching areas for the past 7 years, as mentioned.
