This was probably the best ever encounter I have experienced with any repair person!! I would love to check all of the items possible, to include: work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality! Rory is an awesome plumber and an unbelievably great person!! He has amazing Christian values and is so kind and respectful! It was a pleasure having him in my home! I contacted him around 8pm, and he installed my garbage disposal the next morning. I will continue to use him for any plumbing needs and have already referred him to my daughter!!

We had a very old 1/3 HP garbage disposal that had stopped working. I picked up a newer 3/4 HP speed model and Rory was the first one to get in touch. When you have a family with two small kids, it is imperative to be able to wash dishes and the water does not pool in the sink. He came by later that day and was in-and-out in less than an hour. When the new disposal was installed, we found a small leak, and he discovered that we had a broken plastic washer, found one in his truck, and now everything is working excellent. I would highly recommend Rory and New Focus Logistics - thank you!!
