- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is complimentary (free-of-charge). I collect payment at the end of each coaching session. Sessions last approximately one hour and my current rate is $150/session. Session packs are also available for purchase; this allows for sessions to be purchased at a discounted rate. Ask me for more details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step #1: Set up a complimentary consultation During this consultation, I will learn about your financial situation. Together, we will establish some short and long-term goals. This is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, for you to determine what you are looking for in a financial coach and decide if I am the one you would like to work with. This consultation can be conducted in-person or virtually. Step #2: Coaching Sessions If you decide to move forward with coaching with me, I can help you schedule your first coaching session. Typically, clients will meet with me more than once; we can schedule any subsequent sessions at the end of each coaching session. These sessions can be conducted in-person or virtually.
