What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing ranges from as low as $35 and as high as the client needs to depending on the tasks and size of the work load assigned to me. I believe that 1 size does not fit all and make everything as flexible as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My onboarding process can take 2 hours or 2 weeks; depending on the clients timely response. 1. Questionnaire to learn about business needs and priorities 2. Scheduled Discovery Call to answer any lingering questions on both ends 3. Signed proposal 4. Paid Invoice 5. Start Work Immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of business to business & business to consumer experience with helping owners maintain several aspects of owning a business. Everything from IT, Administrative work, Marketing, HR, Consulting to Sales. I also utilize skills learned from my Bachelors in Business Administration-HR Management.
