FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is on a per project basis, but we abide by the same pricing that we utilize for our insurance work, which typically ends up being much cheaper than your average contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A technician is sent out to assess the water damage and if the client agrees to move forward, a 50% down payment will be collected before action is taken. Once dry / whatever tear out may be necessary is completed within about 3 days, we would collect remainder once the Certificate of Completion is signed. The advantage of using CAP is that we have the capability of reconstruction as well, so we could also work with you in regards to that aspect after mitigation is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our reconstruction team has a total of 40 years of experience working with a plethora of ranging materials. From cabinets to mosaic tile floors, we have you covered. Our mitigation technicians have WTR certifications that are required for this line of work. We need this anyways in order to do business with insurance companies.
