Introduction: The biggest key to seeing results from exercise is finding something that you can do consistently. I always take the time to create a tailored programmed plan for each client, which sometimes requires a lot of patience, but understanding the fact that each client is becoming freshly acclimated into this new world of fitness, it can be a little overwhelming! Our health overall is so important to maintain throughout our lives I’m truly the best at what I do and I can confidently say that I always bring a positive attitude, stay focused and remain patient but stay thorough throughout the workout to educate and motivate; all billing down to my exceptional communication skills.

Likes: overall quality of work was top tier and each session was worth the value and then some! I believe thus is because of her immense knowledge & expertise in the field of health & wellness as a personal trainer and dietician, loved the specifically tailored guidance that she provided including handouts and cues for each exercise as well as each movement for an exercise, and basically the motivation she brought me a true sense of drive and accomplishment through unwavering support. Having her as a trainer truly propelled me toward my fitness goals like never before. I highly recommend Mary Green for anyone seeking personalized and effective training!

Her positivity definitely keeps you moving! The pace was perfect for me. We focused on certain areas, like strengthening my core to help my lower back. Amazing results more than I had with my physical therapy. five stars, two thumbs up.
