Customer service was excellent. Art responded immediately to my inquiry. Moe and Conner installed my water heater 2 days after. They were great & It’s working amazingly! The only suggestion I would give is to review all potential costs prior to arrival. My situation was uncommon that’s why I tried to send detailed pics but there were still unknown costs at the time of installation.

Unprofessional associates. Didn’t have the courtesy to call and inform that they were going to be late. I had to call and follow up and scheduled another time for the day and they didn’t seem to want to show up at the new scheduled time. Never hiring them again and wouldn’t not recommend anyone to do so.
