I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin as my personal trainer for almost two months now and, in that time, I've made tremendous growth under his guidance and supervision. In just a short amount of time, I've noticed positive differences regarding my physical appearance (arms, traps, and abs to name a few!) and growth concerning my mobility and flexibility. Having Kevin as a trainer has improved my comfortability with working out and, for the first time ever, I've started to develop a positive relationship with exercise and nutrition. I appreciate that Kevin truly challenges me during every workout, but also genuinely takes the time to check in with me about how I'm feeling; especially since I have asthma and lower back issues. Kevin holds me accountable (something I need!), but has always made me feel comfortable, safe, and welcome (feelings I've never connected or associated with exercise and/or the gym). Knowing that I can workout around someone without feeling judged, ashamed, or embarrassed is such a relief to me as a beginner. Kevin is also available outside of each session to share his wealth of knowledge about fitness and nutrition with you. Having an accessible and available lifeline has been super beneficial as I learn. Kevin has helped me with my overall fitness, wellness, and nutrition goals, but has also done wonders for my confidence and self-efficacy. Already in two months, I've never felt better about myself. I highly recommend him as a trainer for anybody who is a novice, intermediate, or advanced exerciser.

I sort of cannot rave enough about my experience with Kevin / Snatched Fitness. Those interested in their first step into serious fitness -- esp at their desired, collaborative-feeling pace -- will be so, so lucky to have him work with them. His program really did change my life for the better. The results, without a doubt, matched the value: through Kevin's tutelage in exercise and nutrition over several months, I've developed and now carry with me the sturdiest morning health and workout regimen I've ever had, helping me mentally as well as completely physically. After what sincerely felt like no time, I'd reached what I felt was my goal weight, and I look/feel so solid. Have to also add: he's always responsive, both in the traditional sense (emailed questions were answered quickly) and in a high-EQ sense (knows when to push and when to go light, based on his client's reactions to new workout techniques). Finally: always professional, too. In our months together there was never a time where I feel he didn't have the answer on my many nutrition or fitness questions. Thank you, KEVIN!!

In the two and a half months I’ve been training with Kevin, I lost 16lbs (without even feeling it) and am in the best shape of my life! Kevin gives wonderful guidance on fitness and nutrition and prioritises health, strength, and emotional wellbeing. He’s also the kindest, most motivating human who ever existed.

working with kevin has been excellent! i love how he tailors each workout to what i want to develop and he has given me so many useful nutrition pro-tips. i feel fitter and healthier than i ever have and like i have more ideas about how to maintain and stay engaged with my fitness goals. kevin is excellent at listening to my goals and then helping me carve out the path to them. i love snatched!

Kevin is great! He was so kind and gently urged me along for our first session together. The next day, I felt sore everywhere, but just enough that I felt like I had completed a great workout. I can't wait to continue working with him.
