Everything was so good that I don't even know where to start with this, so I'll start with the food, which was excellent. Every dish was delicious, well portioned, and presented, with no detail overlooked. Chef Craig, in particular, was all about the details and insisted on perfection with the food and decor. He and his team were also super professional, arrived early for set up and prep and served us through the courses of the meal. And even before the event, Chef Craig was easy to work with and talk to, and always available by phone or text, and helped take my idea and refine it into the perfect event, which was even better than I expected. I would absolutely recommend and use them again for future events. Thanks again Chef Craig!

Happy I met Chef Craig. A true professional, very responsive, and delivered. I had a bday celebration, and Chef Craig worked with me for months on options, and there were times he thought we should have switched something up, and they were always good ideas. I highly suggest chef Craig for any event you are having. I certainly will be reaching out to him in the future for any events me or my family may have. Our experience with Chef Craig was incredible. From start to finish he was extremely responsive and executed my vision exactly as I wanted it. He communicated with me to ensure the menu was great, the food fit our liking and budget and he went above and beyond to make sure the day of that our table was decorated beautifully. Absolutely Amazing!!! I hired Chef Craig for an upscale, elevated dinner party for my husband's birthday. The evening started with white glove-passed hors' doeuvres. Followed by an unbelievable, 4-course sitdown dinner. Chef Craig and his staff went above & beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. The food was 10 Stars! There is not enough space to share all the chef did to impress. It will be Chef Craig, Upscale Catering from this point forward for us. The guests were so impressed they plan to hire Chef Craig for their future events because it was such an unforgettable evening from beginning to end.
