Abraham was very responsive when giving a quote and with any questions I had regarding the installation of a 3 zone mini split. However the work performed was subpar. He used a chisel to open the 3inch wall instead of a hole saw leaving chunks of concrete missing from the exterior wall. He did a horrible job trying to patch what was done. He also charged $500 dollars for wiring the electrical saying the parts cost that amount (for 15 feet of wire). He also took all the parts and accessories that came with my units for his personal use leaving my ac lines exposed. 2 days after installation I contacted him about the issues that some of the units were not operating properly. He said he would come by the next day and did a no call no show. I contacted him every day since and he promised to come by but still hasn’t come by after a full 7 days since he was paid in full$2700(just in labor). Now he is not responding to calls or text. Stay away from this company. They are only out to get your money and can care less about customer service. Spend the extra couple bucks on a more reputable and honest company.
