I reached out to 3 pros for my backyard lawn project, and the Lawn Brothers exceeded my expectations on every level. First, responsiveness. Jonathan promptly called me back, and arranged a time to meet with me to look at my yard and go over the specifics of the job. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what I needed done, and made smart suggestions without pushing a hard sell. He was very knowledgeable. Second, promptness. Jonathan arrived on time for our initial meeting. I appreciate his respect for both my time and his. I ended up hiring him, and he also arrived on time for the job, ready to go. His associate Zachary was going to work on the trees, and likewise asked questions to make sure he was meeting my expectations. Zachary also made knowledgeable suggestions without a “hard sell”. They were both very respectful of my property. Third, value. The Lawn Brothers’ estimate (very competitive pricing) as well as the work they did = an extremely professional job well done. Probably the best experience I’ve had with this type of professional ever. In your search for a lawn care professional, please keep this company in the mix. I promise that after your experience with Jonathan and his company, you will be writing a similar review.
