Royal Mold Specialists responded quickly after some flooding in a rental property. They arrived on time, did an assessment, and had the necessary equipment with them to get the job done quickly. They were able to dry out the moisture in the property with opening up the drywall. I would highly recommend them for quick and efficient service relative to water and mold remediation.

Orel is the owner and hands on manager of this business. This young man came to my house to give an estimate within hours of my phone call. I had two other estimates and Orel gave me the best price and went over everything that he and his team would be doing to get rid of the mold in my shower. He was able to start the job on the spot and began to dry out my walls and also sprayed to kill the existing mold. They came back the next day and removed all of the tile and drywall and cleaned the whole area thoroughly. My ceiling was damaged when removing the old tile and he actually went and got some paint and painted the ceiling to make sure that I was satisfied. This fine and handsome young man went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his work.

Professional encounter from initial contact until they were actually present for the job. They were able to come by the next day and messaged before heading my way with exact ETA and arrived within the initially stated timeline. I needed to check for possibility of mold and get an estimate and a report to present to my landlord for air testing and they helped me with that.
