Omar was very helpful on explaining the situation with our unit to us. He was very knowledgeable and descriptive about what possible options we had as well. Little things like that go a long especially when you're like myself and have little knowledge about air conditioning

Elite air conditioning came to my home to install new unit. Install went smooth with no issue. Very happy they used protective covers for my wood floor. very informative on units information.
