- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our non-lawyer rates are very competitive and at an affordable, low-cost flat fee for pro se individuals who are self-represented. If you are a probate or trust attorney needing our help, we can provide an hourly quote or a fixed rate, depending on what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please reach out to our office to schedule a free telephone conference call where we can discuss your case and your needs and give you a quote. All payments are due before the preparation of any documents start. We have no hidden costs or expensive attorneys fees as we are a non-lawyer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We offer fast and affordable nonlawyer services and will assist you in filing your documents with the probate court.
