I started working with Toni 6 weeks ago. I’m a 57 year old female who hadn’t exercised in a few years and had never done weight training. Toni has been fantastic working with me to help me achieve my goals and I’m thrilled with how much strength I’ve built already and how my body is toning. Toni has been extremely flexible working with my schedule and her pricing is fair. Our training is remote over FaceTime and very effective. We can train no matter where I am traveling!

Toni has been amazing. She always responds to me right away, makes sure I’m comfortable during our workout & is very flexible. She really takes the time to make sure your doing everything correctly so you get the most out of your workouts. I feel extremely comfortable with her & would definitely recommend her!!

Toni is the real deal. She is attentive (even with small groups) to her clients making sure form is correct. My personal favorite is that she checks in on her her clients the day after to see how they are doing. I highly recommend!

Toni is such an awesome trainer. She’s extremely knowledgeable and her workouts are actually effective. She personalizes your workouts so they are tailored to your goals. She’s also super knowledgeable about injuries and how to work with them. I started noticing changes in my body after only a few weeks of working with her! Both her group classes and personal training sessions are great. Would highly recommend training with Toni!
