- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
True Plumbing does not charge a dispatch fee if we proceed with any single service for the customer. If we perform multiple services, we provide bundle discounts. All pricing is given to the customer before we start work. We never deviate from our initial pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work to gain the new customer's trust by providing ample information in a way that non plumbing experts can understand. We pride ourselves on honest and truthful solutions to their plumbing issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and fully insured. We have weekly meetings to further our knowledge and technician. Throughout the year, we have all of our team perform continuing education classes to continue to improve.
