After unsuccessfully trying to find someone to install a ceiling fan to my 20’ ceiling, I found Thumbtack. I quickly had a listing of electrical contractors with reviews and pics. I chose Victor with Carolina’s Handy Service because he quickly responded to me and called to discuss what I needed done. He sent me pics of installing light fixtures on tall ceilings. He arrived the NEXT day! He installed the ceiling fan, new outlet, replaced a gfi outlet and replaced a garage ceiling light. I’ve had these things on my list for MONTHS and I’m very happy that they are complete. I would not hesitate in hiring Victor again and refer him to my friends.

Victor did a great job installing canned lights over our two showers, rewiring the switches, and running additional wiring to install a floodlight/security camera combo on the back of our house. He had actually only scheduled us for the canned light install and took on the security camera install with about 5 minutes notice and was able to complete the install without cutting additional holes in the drywall. Will definitely hire him for future needs!

Contacted this company on a Saturday evening for ceiling fan issues, electrical problems, etc. and the communication was terrific!! In less than 24 hours, non-emergency, they were in the house and repaired everything! Mentioned I had a few electrical projects in a different house while the tech was there and he immediately came over to that property and remedied everything. Excellent response time, clear communication, very professional. 10/10 would recommend!! Saving their number for all future work and have recommended to family and friends.

Giving the customer 110% the truth about their project(s) and asking for more details about what all is needed and scheduling for a walk thru when we feel it’s needed before giving an estimate. We typically try to get all questions upfront and answered both ways so that we are transparent with our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade school in which gave me a lot of knowledge and also several years of hands on work .
