Robert was amazing how he was able to work around my crazy schedule and gave me a fair quote. The job wasn't so big so he offered to do right there so that is one less thing to worry about. Would highly recommend Breeden roofing and would gladly use his services again

Breeden roofing and exterior came out on sunday to fix two of my roof water leaks. They fixed the problem for a good price and did few extra things while they were on the roof.

Rob promptly responded to my request for an onsite inspection and estimate, which he provided in writing. He is very knowledgeable about roofing, and took the time to explain everything to me step-by-step; he explained the likely causes of my leak as well as the best course of action to correct it. Additionally, he looked at another project that I needed work on and bundled the two jobs together for a very reasonable price. On the scheduled start day, he showed up as agreed and equipped to complete the job; he did both jobs and I am very satisfied with the quality of his workmanship. Although I hope I have no more issues with my roof for the remainder of my time owning this house, but I would definitely use him again if needed. I highly recommend him for roofing services. J. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On shingles $95 a sq ft (labor only) On a torchdown $150 sq ft (labor only) I pride myself on trying to be fair, to financially work with people when it's possible
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer I typically will introduce myself, look over the property with the customer and discuss with them what needs to be done or what they want done. When I am done my work I will make sure my customer is 100% happy, by walking them around the job and discuss what i have done! I dont know leave untill my customer(s) are happy! Customer satisfaction guaranteed is what I live by!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing for 15+ years, and i know all aspects of roofing! (Epdm, torchdown, shingles, etc..)
