Cabrina was assigned to be one of my coaches when I first started my managerial role at Macys and that was the best thing that could have happen to me. She taught me so much about how to be confident in my role as a young manager, how to build trust with my team and so much more. She was also the lead facilitator for so many classes that I attended. Selecting best people, how to have difficult conversations, being the "MAGIC" of Macy's and so much more. Her hands on approach always kept her audience lively and interactive. We always had so much fun at Cabrina's classes but also went back to the store with new ideas to make our departments better. Cabrina is an amazing coach and facilitator that has taught me lessons that I will use in my career forever.

The Reputation Lab has had a long-standing relationship with Coach Cabrina. Our company partners with hotels, restaurants, and other businesses within the hospitality industry to help them elevate their online reputation. Part of our core service includes a training program for guest-facing associates within the business which focuses on creating an understanding of how important online reviews are for the success of an organization. Our workshop teaches associates through instructional content, visual examples and role playing how the associate can be impactful in helping their employer elevate the image, perception, scores and online rankings for that business through guest engagement, an appropriate resolution model, and other key-take-aways. While we work with multiple facilitators, Cabrina has always been our first-choice. One workshop after another, we continue to get amazing post-training feedback from our clients (both attendees and management) on both the content and Cabrina as a facilitator. She captures the attention of a live audience and has a particular ability to connect with the attendees which in turn creates more dynamic participation and retention of content matter. Cabrina identifies who her advocates will be within the room, and who may only be in the session because it was mandatory, and she quickly leverages those relationships and finds ways to convert even the most doubtful attendee into one who engages and participates. While part of our client scope limits attendees to just 40 per session and our average class size is 30, we have seen Coach Cabrina facilitate workshops with as few as ten attendees, and classes outside of our own as large as eighty. Cabrina has been impactful for us, in particular with our more sophisticated audiences who have years of industry experience and may wonder why they have been required to attend "training". Coach Cabrina has acted not just as a Facilitator in our partnership, she has been a part of Content Design as well. This has included taking a lead role in creating custom content requested by clients for follow-up workshops with subject matters including customer service, conflict resolution and creating winning teams, as well as the development of team exercises and 30-, 60- and 90-day touch-points to be executed after the workshops to ensure that the content matter remains a focal point in the weeks and months that follow the training. In our opinion, training is not meant to be only educational, it is meant to create a shift in the culture of a business and Coach Cabrina is always impactful in helping drive that forward with our clients. We look forward to working with Coach Cabrina in the years ahead and highly recommend her services to others who have a need for training, facilitation, and a leader in creating a cultural evolution within a business.

I have know Cabrina for 8 years and she is one of the best trainers I have ever encountered. She knows how to put people at ease and make learning enjoyable. Many times associates told me afterwards how great her classes were. Cabrina helped me rework my resume and her Insite was perfect and in target.
