Greg went above and beyond what I have ever expected from the home inspection process. He was very personable and carried on conversation with me the entire time that we walked through the house. He explained things in great detail and explained them to me so that I was understanding. He also gave a lot of advice on how to be very efficient homeowners, and how to get the most out of things such as appliances, furnace, etc. His report was finished and sent over to us the same day and went into detail on everything that he had discovered and what he recommended be done. He offered great service at an even better price and I would recommend safeguard inspections to everybody I know! Thanks again Greg, you're the true definition of a professional.

I was in the market for buying my first place up north. I found Greg Schultz from Safeguard Home Inspection. I gave him a call, left a message, and he called me back later that night. We set up an appointment to meet him at the house so we could go through the house together. Greg was on time and ready to get down to looking into the house. As a first time home buyer I wanted to know everything about the place I was about to buy. I went everywhere he went to see the same things he was looking at. Greg did a very thorough job, inside and out. He took his time to show me things that I needed to know about. After we looked over the whole house we went over his report. He told me what he thought of the House. He told me what needed to be fixed, and what could hold off for a while. I was very happy that I picked Greg to look over the house I was going to be buying. With everything he found I was able to give the seller a much lower offer. It was great to have everything in pics and writing. After two days the seller took my offer, and we where able to buy the house. I had my closing on 8/17/2018. That weekend we made the most of it. We had Gregs check list and started going over it. We cut down trees, treated the roof, replaced the sink sprayer, replaced the shower head, and fixed the driveway for rain run off. Place is coming along very nicely. We are so happy with the new home. Thank you so much Greg.

Inspector did a thorough job and explained all issues until I understood everything. He sent a detailed report the day of inspection so I was not left wondering when I would get it. From first contact to the end was effortless on my side. Great experience.

Greg did the inspection on our upcoming home and we could have not been more pleased. He was not only professional but explain things in a very simplistic yet accurate manner. He not only followed up on a consistent basis but worked with our schedule (which is crazy mind you) to get everything set up and completed. He was timely and efficient in his turn around time with the completed paper work and gave us the best deal we could find in a 20 mile radius. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who would like a professional, down to earth and efficient home inspection!

I was very impressed with Greg! He was at the property working on the outside when I arrived. After meeting one another he filled me in on things he had already found! After the outside was done we headed into the garage and he continued right along to the house. The inspection took a good 3 hours, Greg filled me in on things the whole time! He's very polite and willing to answer anything you question! ** I highly recommend going with Greg!
