Kim is amazing. She helped me take a moment to step back and be able to monitor my food intake and understand what food triggers impacted me. Kim is always available for a call, text or email. With a busy lifestyle, Kim made me remember that I am a priority and need to take care of myself. She asks questions that makes you think and analyze what we consider day to day habits and what you can change. Kim worked with me for shared decisions and what worked for me specifically. I highly recommend anyone having challenges to work with Kim. She is a great support person that will help you make changes that you need.
