Introduction: We run assessments to determine what career field would be the best fit for our clients. Starting with an initial resume assessment, we review the readiness of our clients to interview with potential employers. After the assessment, we give feedback on what career paths would be a fit for a client. From there we work on tailoring resumes match job descriptions that our clients would like to apply to. After that we coach on behavioral based interview questions to ensure that the client is ready for their interview. This is a lengthy process so we maintain contact with clients throughout (about 2 weeks). We do not guarantee job placement, but we ensure that our clients are the top candidate any position they apply to. I enjoy helping individuals get their dream job. Many people have the skillset, and education to be employed. However, what is lacking are interview skills along with a quality resume to match. I enjoy helping those individuals who feel like they should be working for a better organization get a position they will enjoy.
