- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every pond is different as far as what needs attention so there is not a set price, however, I do try to be the most reasonable price around and am willing to work with any budget concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a chat on the phone, maybe get some pictures via text or email, stop by for a visit prepared to potentially do work if feasible or just discuss a potential project/cleanout/repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years with fish, 8 years with water features, 4 years with ponds.
