Deana has redefined my definition of in shape. I am active person who ran and lifted. Once I started with Deana it was clear how much I wasn't doing. She brought new exercises, didn't allow me to quit and encouraged me to improve all my eating habits. This is by far the best shape I have in since high school.

Deana has been supportive while still holding me accountable and challenging me to push further. She has been consistent in her communication of my exercise and eating plan. Our workouts are only thirty minutes but have done more to shape my body than hours of cardio or cross training has ever done. I'm much stronger and healthier and I have reduced my exercise time. I highly recommend Deanna to anyone looking to change their body and overall health.

Deana is my personal trainer and she is amazing. She cares about your entire lifestyle not just your workouts. She isn't judgemental, she doesn't shame, she helps us reach goals within the real life we lead each day. I'm 2 pants sizes and 11 inches down from starting her program. I dont dread workouts and I'm not afraid to confess if I didn't eat perfectly, she is best support for an overall healthy lifestyle.
