- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$30 per 30 minute private session $28 each for semi-private session 1 session free when 10 private, semi-pvt and group sessions are prepaid $10 "drop in" rate for 30 Min Strength Training Class
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I prefer to have a brief discussion over the phone to introduce myself and discuss their fitness goals. I like to provide clients with a brief overview of the program (which I email to them once we set their first session) and discuss any questions and/or concerns they may have. Then we set the first session where I perform a physical assessment, obtain key baseline measurements, and perform basic strength moves. This is a 30 - 45 minute session. From here, we develop a workout and nutrition plan.
