- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my events are priced per person and based on a 100% custom tailored menu. By working with each client on an individual basis, I can guarantee the maximum level of flexibility in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every event is different and each client has specific needs and more importantly, a budget. As such, every menu I create is custom tailored to fit the needs of your event. A short face-to-face or phone call is all it takes for me to gather the details I need to help you create a memorable menu that is a perfect fit for your event and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the restaurant and catering industry for 15 years as a professional cook and chef. I am ServSafe Manager certified and have conducted many hours of independent study regarding the latest culinary techniques and trends.
