- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate company. In appliance repair all the jobs that are the same should take the same time. some last longer then others due to rust, stuck panels. we do not charge you for that. if we are in your home for 6 hours its still the same price no extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
customer calls in with problem and we address the situation and try to find out what's going on and if we need to send a tech. If we need a tech out we have a service call that is free with repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the appliance and a/c field for 16 years. I have EPA certification for clean air and went to school for appliance and a/c
