Ernel was very cooperative and nice. She was not able to service me on the day I requested and instead said she could split the days up to finish the job. I agreed and was to contact her on the first day of service as to what time to start. I attempted to contact Ernel but to no avail. She failed to respond via phone (mailbox full from date of service through to the next day) and/or show up to work. She made no attempt to contact me. A common curtesy to cancel would have been nice. Unable to find replacement last minute. Pros do not treat their CUSTOMERS like this (as we depend on your honesty) if they expect to run a business. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICE‼️🤬
