Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: *Best way to reach us is through our Facebook page or business line. Three three zero. Nine zero seven. Six seven seven two.* I grew up in Serbia where, as a very young man, I started installing tiles with my brothers. I was taught by the best of the best and never once did we leave a job where the customer wasn't 100% satisfied. Rarely did our customers only stay customers but became great friends. After extra schooling in my profession, I moved to the states with my wife and continued my tiling business here. Now, my wonderful wife, Kristen, and I work side by side, improving our business one day at a time! She does all of my scheduling and paperwork. I must admit that my business would not be where it is today if I did not have her by my side. We can't wait to see what the future holds! Not only will you love my finished product, but we are more than confident that you will be very happy with the way the job gets done in a clean and timely manner. I look forward to meeting you and helping you make your dream look come true for your kitchen, bathroom, floors etc. There is nothing better than ripping out an old tub or flooring and seeing that mess turn into a magazine worthy masterpiece. Then looking into the face of my happy customer, knowing I helped make their dream become reality. My customers are the reason I love what I do and when they are happy, I am all the more happy.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new (or former) customer is first an in person estimate. After they contact me for a job, I respond over to their house, business, etc. and calculate what the job would cost (excluding tile and grout, as that is always the customers purchase) Once calculated and typed out, a copy of the estimate is emailed over to the customer. Then they decide whether I am the guy for the job, and if so, a contract is emailed over to sign and either on or before the start date, I meet the customer to receive the signed contract and down payment. Jobs that take only a day to complete do not typically require a down payment, however that is discussed with the customer when they decide to hire our company.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Back home in Serbia, during high school, I started taking extra courses and classes in ceramic, porcelain and other types of tile work.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brothers back in Serbia became professional tile guys when I was a kid and I always admired the way they completed each and every job so stunningly beautiful. Seeing their honesty and loyalty towards each customer made me want to be just like that. As soon as I was able to, I started working along side them and later going to a professional school to learn more like they did.
