We were hunting for the best carpet cleaner to get our home ready to sell. The realtor thought the carpet needed to be totally replaced, but I saw Deep Clean Pro's before and after pictures and the fact that they would analysis the carpet and let me know if the stains would be removed before starting, so I thought it was a no-brainer to get them over to get it cleaned and they ultimately saved us $1000s of dollars compared to replacing over 2k square feet of carpet. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes. We clean by the square foot for carpeting and we have standard prices in place for upholstery cleaning. We also offer maintenance plans to provide an even better value to our repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by listening to the customers concerns and expectations. We gather information about the project including the number of rooms or approximate area to be cleaned and provide them with a general estimate . We then offer a FREE in-home carpet inspection to further assess the condition of the carpet, obtain accurate measurements, answer questions and suggest the best cleaning strategy for the customer. Once the the customer is satisfied, all the information is entered to generate the final quote. Once the customer accepts the quote cleaning begins. Upon completion, the account is settled and we review care and maintenance instructions. We also provide our business card should questions arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have completed training and received certification through IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification). This is a certification that is earned by classroom teaching, testing, and hands on training to insure each student has achieved efficiency. IICRC is an internationally recognized program that governs its technicians and ensures compliance through continual education.
