I'll start with the good, Lisa seemed very nice. Now to the not so good. Lisa informed me morning of that she had an emergency come up and she would be arriving 1/2 hour late, i let her know not ideal but ok. She showed up an *hour and a half late* which was an hour past when she told me she'd be there. I asked her to get as much done in about an hour an a half as she could as i had to get to work. It then took her 2 hours to clean 1 bathroom (i have 2 in my apt). Given i had to get to work i told her that she could stop there and that i would have the clean the rest of the apartment myself since i could not reschedule as i took my morning off of work to have her come. After some inspection the bathroom didn't even look that clean, there was stuff all over the floor and the mirror was not wiped down. Needless to say, will not be booking again

I do not want to argue Whitney, but yes, I had a friend who was going to miss her flight due to an unforeseen situation that she had no control over. As a friend, I had a hard time saying no, and knew I would have to notify you. I was not pleased, proud, or oblivious to the reality of it all, however, it took me literally over 20 minutes to find a parking spot that was blocks away from your place. And then you actually expected to get the entire apartment done in 3 hours. The majority of the time was spent cleaning splatters of conditioner of the back of the bathroom door, cleaning the walls around the toilet, baseboards, and the same splatters in the shower. I suppose it would take your average person or yourself a lot less time and that's why those areas were still there. As I clearly recall, after you telling me to stop, I specifically told you that the paint that is chipping from the cabinets needed to be vacuumed up and the areas that needed attention. I do not practice leaving stuff all over the floor. You had a "better than you, snotty, miserable, and controlling attitude" from the start, with your, "I work" comment that came across as very prejudice and "needless to say", coming back was the last thing on my mind. However, unhappy or dissatisfied customers are never my intention. It's unfortunate that it did not work out.

Hey anonymous reviewer, I know who this is and I knew you weren't going to be pleased, neither was I. I should have let you know that I had a really bad toothache from a tooth that literally cracked in half and the pain was shooting into my temples, and was basically having a hard time just existing , and not wanting to flake out on you...I tried to ignore the pain, but it was getting the best of me.... I tried to do my best, but my mind was doing something else. I should have spoke up. However, the kitchen took a lot of time, which I knew wouldn't be appreciated, based on the end result, and what you expected to have done in 5 hours. It's unfortunate but live and learn
