- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical rate varies between $25-30 depending on the type and complexity of work involved. I would always have a one-on one consultation to discuss a clients specific needs and expectations of the job to be done prior to beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe the most critical step in working with a new customer is to develop a relationship. My thought process about a new customer is that every person and business is unique. In our initial meeting I work diligently to learn as much as I can about the new business to determine whether we are the right fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After a business degree from Hartwick College and an MBA from Widner University, I opened and operated my own franchised business. Prior to that I was involved with a family business. I have been primarily self employed being very involved in the fiscal management of my business.
