- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies. Online there are tons of options depending on your goals! I also do in person training which also varies depending on how often you make it to the gym, goals, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my new customers! Having a strong sense of who they are really adds to my motivation towards them! I like to make people feel comfortable because I know getting into shape is not an easy process at first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fitness trainer certified through International Sports Science Association.
