- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My services are based upon the time necessary to complete the job to your satisfaction. I provide you with an estimate that I feel is fair for what you can expect from my services. My fees may be higher than other quotes you receive, but the service is also a higher level than those provided by others who don't have the credentials, experience, education, and knowledge base you get with WTF. CPA's are held to a higher standard than others who don't hold the credential. You will receive more value for the price than what you will receive from lower priced competition that CPA professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I get a full understanding of the situation and provide a course of action that not only looks at the immediate needs but what can also be done to improve my clients position now and in the future. I sit down with clients to first review tax information, discuss your situation, and explore what may impact your tax situation now and in the future. I then work your return, follow up with any questions, and then have a final meeting to review your return with you to ensure you have a full understanding of all that is reported. As a CPA, I stand behind my work and the reporting of the information you provide during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an MBA and have multiple certifications including my Certified Public Accountant designation from the State of New Mexico. A CPA is required to maintain their certification through continuing education requirements. I keep up with new tax laws, tax planning techniques, and changes taking place on the federal and state levels to ensure I can give you the most updated status of any tax law impacts.
