The job was to turn on swamp cooler. I had to explain to this man where my water line hook up was! He hook up the pump and motor incorrectly nothing worked! He look at looked at my fuse box and smelled like alcohol. He finally got the swamp cooler worker.later that night it started to over flow and when i told him he said he can probably come back tomorrow. The next day came he said he can come Monday, i say i already paid you 90$ you need to come back. He came adjusted the float and a week later my air is still leaking and he said he would come back as of 5-13-16 but nothing.
