A review has become a great way for patrons to talk about the great customer service. A photo tagged with a hashtag shows the experience. But how is the brand reciprocating the communication? How are they showing they are listening to customers? SiarzaSD can implement tactics to reciprocate the engagement. REPORTING: Since social media platforms change frequently, measuring the efforts of social media tactics are important.
