I needed portraits for a big project I was putting together and needed it done in a matter of two days. I hired Rafael with high expectations for him to bring my project to life. While I was excited to work with Rafael, unfortunately he had to cancel the first appointment we made due to a family emergency (which by itself, is understandable), but then for the second appointment that we made, he not only didn't show up, but stopped replying to my text messages entirely. I've since made alternative arrangements to get my portrait photos.

Second appointment wasn't doable due to no set location and no response to messages the day before or morning of the day of the shoot to confirm that it was still on

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I ask them what it is they want for the photoshoot. I also like to ask the customer if they have an ideas and like to hear their opinion. I want to make them have a very nice and smooth experience
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about art since I was a little boy. I used to enjoy taking pictures on film cameras and as I got older I developed a love for photography. The feeling of being able to capture a moment or control what the outcome is is a unique feeling
