Our dryer was not heating. Steve arrived to our home as scheduled. As as result of asking pertinent questions beforehand, Steve came prepared with the appropriate parts. He not only repaired our machine quickly, he spent time in vacuuming out the lint that had accumulated in the dryer vent. Steve was more than willing to answer my questions and offer suggestions. The charge for the service call plus parts was fair and as anticipated. I will definitely call on MSC Appliance in the future.
