Very happy and pleased with the inspection that was done. Appreciated all the feedback and advice on home safety especially since I am a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend Fully Involved Home Inspections to anyone looking to have a home inspected.

Professional, experienced and personable experience! Very trustworthy to have in your home and very knowledgeable! Having a firefighter inspect your home is the best way to have your home inspected. Will hire again if I ever need a home inspection!

About this pro

InterNACHI Certified. Fire department trained. Thank you for taking the time to look at the services we offer. With well over ten years in the Fire and EMS Service, Fully Involved has a unique view of homes that no other home inspection company can provide. We know the damage that faulty wiring, leaking gas lines, mold, and other structure failures can cause - physically and emotionally. Being an inspector allows us to help mitigate emergencies before they even happen. As a home buyer, our new homes are foreign to us and there is piece of mind in knowing your new home is safe. Make sure your next home inspector is a firefighter. I have found that I really enjoy the people I meet with the stories they have. It makes it personal, which makes me inspect every home like it was for family. And being a fireman, I like the ability to see and help stop potential dangers in the home prior to responding to an emergency.

    Q & A

    • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Home Inspection is $299.00 (plus tax). This includes a Termite and Dry Rot Inspection. I also provide a 25% discount to fire, police, medical, military, and educational professionals. Sewer Inspection: $95.00 Pool and/or Spa Inspection: $99.00 Vent Inspection: $95.00 Please contact me for further services and prices.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Majority of the time the customer is advised that they need a home inspection to further their real estate transaction. This leaves most customers looking to hire without knowing why. So I explain what I do and how very beneficial it is to them, for their safety, while providing knowledge and hopefully peace of mind.
    • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the Home Inspector you hire is certified. Currently, the state of New Mexico does not have a license for Home Inspectors. The only way to ensure you are hiring a quality professional is his/her certifications (ask about being insured too).
Coverage Area for Fully Involved Home Inspections is about 100+ miles of Albuquerque, NM.
