- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a set of rates for just simple repairs, also have hourly rates for consultancy work and troubleshooting. I also have a retained/contracted rate that goes down depending on how many hours you decide to contract and retain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I'd like to meet you, get a brief rundown of what's going on, go over options. Depending on the situation I usually give that consultation portion free if you hire me for work. I think it's important you know whom you're dealing with and have a chance to get a feel for me. I provide quality, fast service with a knowledge above most here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. Decades repairing computers, and six + years working in Enterprise IT for Managed Service Providers and IT Consultant firms
