Introduction: I am an accountant with a Masters degree working towards my CPA license. I have a passion for using accounting to help small businesses understand how their business is performing. Through accounting numbers speak, a good accountant can tell you when it is time to raise prices, discontinue sales of a specific product, or stock up in preparation for a busy season. After gaining an initial understanding of your business needs I can set up cloud based accounting software, do day to day bookkeeping remotely, produce monthly reports and analysis, and give you clear explanations of what your numbers are telling you. I set up payroll, payables, and invoices so that all you need to do is print and mail items that cannot be completed electronically. I will take on the accounting so you can run your business and do what you love. Please note that I currently work full time with a dream of building my own business. Work for you will be completed every evening and over the weekend. After the initial setup everything is completed remotely, you will only need to scan and upload documents to me when you have a chance. Most clients have a scanner near where they open mail and send documents to me as they arrive.
