Deb and her crew did a fantastic job on our house! We hired her to do a deep cleaning after moving into a new house. I was blown away by the detail and hard work she put in to every inch and surface of our place. She was also very friendly and accommodating to work with. I am saving her information and will definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend!

Deb and Brittany did an awesome job cleaning my house! As soon as I finished showing them around they came up with a plan of attack and went straight to work. Their cleaning was thorough and very detailed. They were easy to talk to and open to suggestions and requests. The house looked great; the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, hallways, carpets everywhere! They even got the greasy gunk off of my microwave vent above the stove!! Thank you so much Deb and Brittany! PS. I loved the little toilet paper points! Nice touch! :) Thank you again! Amy M

Our own personal house also our houses that we build (Kohorst Custom Homes and Remodeling ) and our rental properties. Deb cleans very thoroughly at our personal residence, we have 2 full bathrooms one with a jacuzzi tub and the other with a glass block and tiled shower and hardwood floors in the other areas she cleans . Our bathrooms are spotless and I never find dust bunnies in areas that would be hidden . She does a great job on our rentals and new builds . When she does the windows, they are perfect , she even vacuums the screens !! She is prompt and on time . Very professional and trustworthy, which is very important to us. Deb is well worth the price and we are very pleased with all she does for us.

I was moving into a new apartment. I've always done my own cleaning but since my back problems I just can't. So after some consideration, I decided on Deb. Best decision!! Deb brought another woman with her and they cleaned all of my apartment, and did an especially good job on my areas of concern . They steamed the hardwood floors, scrubbed on their knees the bathroom and kitchen floors. They cleaned the window sills, cupboards, and etc. Deb offered constructive advice and helped me to start to setting my apartment up (the furniture had not yet arrived). Deb made my decision to hire a cleaning service a very positive one and not just a "have to" because of my own disability. I have now engaged her on a monthly basis.

Deb is the only one I trust in my house alone (who has a key). I've had other cleaning services And they don't come close to how thorough She is because she cleans everything including the baseboards and places others never thought of. I love coming home to a fresh and clean home and knowing she cares about my home and kids as if they were her own.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job, usually. $15 extra for cleaning products and rags and equipment per cleaning services. (I use typical name brand or eco- friendly products if requested). $1-10 per window, per side. $10 for the oven $15 fridge $10 per load for laundry. $15 extra for fur babies who shed. 4% fee for card transactions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They receive a quote. I go to do the job at that price if the job is close to what I was expecting from the information I received. Price could be lower or higher. Folks typically leave while I'm cleaning their home. I understand if they don't want to, though. When the job is complete, we take care of the finances. I can make out receipts if requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had supervisory positions in this area of work at well known businesses and corporations in the area. I am a cosmetologist too!
