FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing varies from preexisting damage and even damage you can't see. such as mold behind drywall for example. A professional contractor doesn't leave these sort of things, so as problems arise I always make sure to speak with the homeowners first before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself, tell the customer my history, where I'm from, introduce the crew to the home owner and talk about our experience in this field. Then I walk the property with the homeowners and talk about what they'd like to see done and discuss any preexisting damage that may exist. just get an overall feel for the job and start a good report with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my OSHA 10 certificate. I have my osha 30 certificate as well. I have confined spaces training and first responder rescue training too. My CPR is current and up to date.
