Overall great experience. We hired this company because they follow all rules of FMCSA gov and state laws for out of state relocation, they do not have any complains. It was not easy to find a honest moving company like Skyride. They packed and moved all our furniture and i can not see any damage or minor scratches on my furniture. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Skyride Moving & Storage pricing sysem is just simple, the following things are taken in consideration: Number of hours, Number of movers requested, one time truck fee, one time service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We love our customers. First of all, when we get hired by customer, we are asking them more info how make easy and fast their moving process. If its 2-3 bedroom or big houses we prefer to schedule appointment before moving date to take a look how to make that move easy for both parts. We always charge our customers after finishing moving unloading process. We accept, all credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our company owner background from customer service management from overseas, and he got his master degree in USF in USA. He knows how to work with customers on a right way.
