Introduction: Dolores is The KaleidoCoach. As an ICF a Professionally Certified Coach, she is dedicated to making an impact with individuals, organizations, and community. With the belief that life is like a kaleidoscope, she works closely with her clients to frame and focus the spinning prisms of circumstance. Her natural curiosity and enthusiasm provide a safe space for open conversation, effective communication, engagement and collaboration. Dolores has an extensive background in human resources and organizational development that naturally leads to working with Executives and Leadership Development. She enjoys blending traditional business methods with creativity and a philosophy of wellbeing to provide an innovative approach to coaching. Her unique background incorporates the four quadrants of wellbeing – Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual for individual and organizational health. She is a dedicated to her roles as a mother of three children, an active volunteer, and adventurer who rides motorcycles throughout the East Coast. Dolores' passion for life goes beyond herself with her coaching. As a curious conversationalist, she enjoys listening to the personal journeys of others. A single question can spark a conversation to provide new perspective and insight, opening a doorway of possibilities. Simple, genuine dialogue can help to raise the level of awareness of situations for a entirely different lens.
